"Delaney is my biological daughter. Both her mother and I confirmed this statement in court, two months before she was born. At that time the judge stated to Ms. Geraci, 'You will not keep this man away from his daughter." Delaney, however, is not legally my child. I have made numerous requests for her mother to sign the voluntary affidavit of paternity, which would start child support, and give my daughter my last name. Her mother has flatly refused. I love my daughter with all of my heart and miss her deeply."
